WHY CHRIS?
With a Bachelors in Psychology from Rutgers University, and a Masters in Divinity from Andrews University, Chris provides an integrated approach to mental health coaching that is needed in today's society. His understanding of current culture and the emerging generation makes his coaching relevant and refreshing. Chris also has experience in both pastoral and university campus ministry.
MY STORY
After several years of marijuana, alcohol and pornography addiction, I found that Jesus was the only one who could truly satisfy.
But even then, I found myself trying to live up to the unrealistic expectations of others who spiritualized emotional and psychological abuse. It wasn't until I internalized God's unconditional love that I experienced real peace.
This brought me to the realization that our greatest need as human beings is a clear understanding of the Gospel. When properly understood, the Gospel provides a depth of emotional and psychological healing that can be found nowhere else.
The Gospel of Jesus Christ is foundational to my approach in working with individuals who struggle with low self-esteem, performance-anxiety, church hurt, and those who simply want to learn to love like Jesus.
